So get out of that dreary winter weather and come to the museum after dark to hear tales of gold seekers from across the globe, the story of the enigmatic
Bunyip nugget (a hefty 1.55 kg lump of natural gold whose place of discovery was never revealed), and the answer to one of life's most perplexing questions - why do people use gold as mouth bling?

I Scream Nails to give your fingertips a touch of golden glamour. The Science and Life galleries will also be open on the night, as well as the Melbourne Story exhibition.
