Byron Bay Easter Getaway - Bluesfest Blues & Roots Music Festival

 With around 120 artists and over 200 performances across five stages, Bluesfest showcases the finest artists of each musical genre and with 2014 marking the festival's 25th anniversary its sure to be the best one yet! 

Artists announced so far include John Mayer, Erykah Badu, Dave Matthews Band, Morcheeba, the Doobie Brothers, Ozomatli, Boz Scaggs, Kasey Chambers, Elvis Costello, Steve Earle, The Wailers and the list goes on. What's more, the playing schedule is only half full so there's plenty more to come!

To make the most of your stay in Byron, we have secured great apartment style accommodation for the group, complete with all the mod-cons, including a salt water pool. We will also have a private walkway to the beach and being only a 5 minute walk into town, there is plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun or partake in some great local activities when not at the festival. The ever-important Bluesfest festival shuttle stop is also only a few minute's walk from the front door.

You will need to arrange your own travel to and from Byron. We recommend iwantthatflight.com.au for researching flight options and suggest flying into the Gold Coast (or Brisbane), from where shuttle buses to Byron Bay run regularly. As we are unable to access our accommodation until after 3pm, we recommend that you time your arrival with this.

We'll also send you regular updates with tips and tricks on getting there and whats on in town to help you enjoy the most of your stay, as well as some info on a few of our favourite haunts so you'll feel like a local.
