It’s

2113 and a century since Twilight 5 broke through as the most popular film of all time and it became socially unacceptable to read anything longer than a tweet. Soon afterwards, society collapsed.

Set in 2113, this retrospective comedy walking tour includes historical gems, special guests and copious marvelling at the stupidity of the people, products and practices of 2013 - a time when people actually denied the existence of climate change, gay marriage and vampires. Hard to imagine, isn’t it?

Hosted by Xavier Toby and guests, follow your penguin guide as we venture into an extraordinary historical time capsule, and go undercover and explore the truly unique artifact that is Melbourne  2013, featuring actual artifacts and installations from a time when there were ‘cars’, ‘mobile phones’, ‘beef’, ‘pop music’, ‘sport’, ‘the stock market’, ‘advertising’ and ‘reality television’ - complete with real humans!

Join us for an early lunch before the show at nearby Errol's - a family-owned and operated café, restaurant and patisserie offering tasty cakes and pastries made fresh daily and a menu that changes to reflect the changing flavours of the seasons.

If you'd prefer to join us just for the comedy tour, please let us know on booking. Price includes comedy tour ticket only. All food and drinks at own expense.

The tour will go ahead rain, hail or shine, but occurs mostly outdoors and undercover, so bring an umbrella if you want to avoid every drop!
