Housed in a 115 year-old former textile factory, warehouse and one-time Buddhist monastery, seamstress takes a fresh approach, merging traditional pan-Asian ingredients with modern cooking techniques. The menu is all about shared dining, enjoyed in a lively, but casual, social setting.
