Shake your booty and work of some of those festive season celebrations on Guru Dudu's Silent Disco Walking Tour of St Kilda, followed by a browse through St Kilda's Twilight Market.
You will be provided with headphones so you and only you (and others on the tour, of course) can hear the commentary from
Guru Dudu and the dance-mix of uplifting faves from the 70's, 80's & 90's. It's not something you'll do everyday, but dancing is great exercise and this promises to be a whole lot of fun!
Starting at the St Kilda night market, we head down
Acland St and weave our way down the beach, finishing back at the market, par-taking in 'Interpretative Dancing' around St Kilda icons, 'Spontaneous
Flash Mob' dancing, hilarious commentary and lots of crazy stuff along the way to open the ‘laughter meridians’.
After the tour, we'll check out what's on offer at the
St Kilda Night Market. The market is home to a wonderful array of artworks, vintage wear, craft, hand designed fashion and jewellery, exotic clothes, produce, emerging designers and foods of the world. Among the food stands you'll find
Hoi Pinoy, Himalayan Sherpa, Meatball Co and Senor BBQ, to name just a few
Look for your host by the O'Donnell Gardens fountain. Please ensure you arrive on time to allow enough time to get your headset sorted - you may miss the tour if you are late!
Please come light-handed as we will be on the move a lot around the area and remember to wear shoes comfortable to dance in!
