Zoo Twilights - Queens of the Outback: Priscilla Tribute

The Queens of the Outback are taking to the stage at this Summer's Zoo Twilights to entertain you in a live music setting like no other - kicking up their heels with Dolly, doing the Nutbush with Tina and getting sexy with Gaga. Its a show not to be missed!

Imagine a Tarago filled with sequins, feathers, fishnets false eye lashes and a whole lot of attitude! Queens of the Outback follows the story of three Melbourne drag queens that turn the outback upside down after accepting a gig in regional Australia. Join them in their mischievous and crazy road trip. 

These showgirls find love in unusual places, light beyond prison bars, strippers that surprise, manly bar brawls, breakdowns and hotel minibars just waiting to be emptied…All in the name of their final gala performance.

We plan on arriving a little earlier so that we can explore the Zoo at dusk with selected animal exhibits open exclusively for Zoo Twilights guests.

All the proceeds for the Twilight shows go towards the Melbourne Zoo's conservation programs, and this year it's all for the gorillas. So join us for a great night out that will be more exciting than... well... feeding time at the zoo!

Look for your host at the Royal Park Entrance to the zoo. Bring along a picnic rug to sit on (or a low-backed chair) and food and non-alcoholic drinks. Or, if you prefer, there will also be a great selection of delicious food options and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase on the night.

Price includes zoo entry and Zoo Twilights performance. All other food and drinks at own expense.

Please note this is an all-weather event. It is a fully licensed event and no BYO alcohol is permitted. Food and drink vendors are cash only, although ATMs are available onsite at the Zoo. Refer to the Melbourne Zoos website for full terms and conditions.
