Ease yourself back into the working year with some good old fashioned pub grub and some great live music in one of North Fitzroy's most striking buildings,
The Fitzroy Pinnacle.
A glorious, old 1800's building, the Fitzroy Pinnacle has a colourful history, too - as land office, where locals would climb to the top floor and point out which spot of land they were after; A Post Office for many a moon, and even a stint as an antique shop. Now, there's
beers,
wine, decent servings of
pub food, comfy couches and a beer garden and of course, live music!
Tonight, local favourites,
The Hoodangers take to the stage to entertain you with their own brand of jazz that will take your breath away and plaster a grin on your face that spreads from ear to ear.
Meet your host at the reserved table for dinner and/or a drink or two before the gig. The
menu offers something for everyone with everything from sides of chips to natural oysters, chicken parma, burgers and porterhouse steak (subject to change). The
wine list has around twenty-five drops to choose from including local offerings from Heathcote and the Yarra Valley, while beer lovers can expect a great array of
craft beers. Band begins at 8pm. All food and drinks at own expense.
