Holgate Brewhouse Sunday Session with Live Band - 40 Thieves

Escape the city by train and join us for a Sunday session featuring good music and great beer at the Holgate Brewhouse, set in the picturesque surroundings of the the rural village of Woodend.

On arrival in Woodend, we'll take a spend some time broswing the specialty shops (think fudge, teddy bears, Cafes and Antiques) along the tree-lined boulevard in the village centre as we make our way to the Holgate Brewhouse to catch blues band, 40 Thieves doing their thing in the brewhouse front beer garden.

Operating out of a restored 100 year old building, Holgate combines a brewery, public bar, restaurant and hotel all under a single roof - the perfect environment to sample the award-winning range of Holgate beers by way of a tasting paddle, or simply enjoy a pint or two of your favourite. If you're feeling a bit peckish during the course of the afternoon, the Holgate restaurant offers a very respectable menu, with entree choices making ideal share plates and the perfect accompaniment for good music, good company and a few drinks.
